What we collect. Name, email, phone number, date of birth, passport details needed for visas, and booking details.

Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never store card details.

Sharing. Passport and booking details are shared only with our travel logistics partner and the Saudi visa authorities to deliver your trip.

Photos and video. Photos and video may be taken on trips, as set out in the booking terms.

How long we keep it. Data is kept for up to 2 years after your trip, and payment records for 6 years for tax purposes.

Your rights. You can access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
