Umrah 2026 Booking Terms and Refund Policy

Your trip is arranged by The Green Pill Project Ltd together with a licensed logistics partner. Where our partner's booking terms give you more protection than these terms, those terms apply.

Muslim men aged 16 and over. Anyone under 18 must travel with a parent or guardian who is also booked on the trip. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.

The package price is £1,099 per person. Flights are not included.

The £300 deposit secures your place and is non-refundable.

The balance can be paid in instalments and must be paid in full by 1 November 2026. If it is not paid in full by then, this counts as you cancelling: your place is released and section 4 applies.

Cancel before 15 October 2026: you lose your £300 deposit only. Anything else you have paid is refunded.

Cancel on or after 15 October 2026: you lose everything you have paid, whatever the reason, except where section 13 applies.

To cancel, email admin@greenpillproject.com. Your cancellation date is the date we receive your email.

Flights are not included, and getting to the trip is your own responsibility. If the trip goes ahead but you cannot travel or arrive for any reason, including a cancelled or missed flight or personal matters, this counts as you cancelling and no refund is given.

Visas are included, but the decision to issue one rests with the Saudi authorities, and we are not responsible if your visa is refused. If it is refused, we will refund what you have paid, minus: the £300 deposit, an admin charge of up to £99, and any costs we have already paid on your behalf that cannot be recovered, such as the visa fee.

Your place is personal to you. It cannot be sold, transferred or passed to anyone else, for any reason, including a friend or family member. If you can no longer travel, cancel under section 4 and your place will be released.

Speakers are subject to availability. If a speaker cannot attend for any reason, we may arrange a replacement where possible. A change or absence of a speaker does not entitle you to a refund. The main purpose of this trip is Umrah.

We may change hotels to ones of the same or a higher standard, and adjust the itinerary, including Ziyarah and lesson times, where needed due to local rules, crowds or operational reasons. These changes do not entitle you to a refund.

No refund is given for any part of the trip you miss or choose not to take part in, or if you leave early.

Respectful conduct in line with Islamic manners is expected at all times. Anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk or disrupts the group may be removed from the trip, with no refund, and must pay their own costs to return home.

Except where UK law says otherwise, we are not liable for any illness, injury, medical costs, or lost, stolen or damaged belongings.

If the situation changes during the trip, we will follow official advice and adjust the plan as needed. Except where UK law says otherwise, no refund is given for missed parts of the trip, and any extra costs, such as additional nights or new flights, are your own.

If we have to cancel the trip, including for reasons outside our control such as airspace or border closures, or UK government advice against travel to the destination, we will do our best to arrange another suitable date and trip. You can choose to move your booking to the new trip, or receive a full refund of everything you have paid where possible ( Minus a £99 admin fee) within 14 to 28 days.

Any refund is paid back to the payment method you used to pay us.

We may film and take photos during the trip for The Green Pill Project's content. If you do not want to appear, tell us by email or WhatsApp before the trip.

We monitor official UK travel advice (FCDO). Any change to the trip will be posted at greenpillproject.com/umrah and sent to you on WhatsApp.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
